Current job finding platforms are targeted towards neurotypicals, making the experience for people with autism difficult. People with autism are fully capable of working, but they often underestimated, which is why they have trouble finding jobs.
That's where Empower comes in. Our app is geared towards helping people with autism find jobs. The interface is user intuitive and simple. Our app includes many unique features such as a Preference Assessment which is used to see how the employee works in a certain environment. these features are used to make it easier for us to suggest jobs for you.
Our special search algorithm finds jobs that are best tailored for your needs using your skills and location.
